Calling all seasoned bakers and cake lovers, connect with the CAKE PICNIC community the night before the big event, with cocktails & cake.

CAKE PICNIC is coming to Sydney for the first time ever! Whether you are attending the event or not, come join us for an afternoon of cake, community, and a little bit of sugar-fuelled inspiration at Ace Hotel Sydney’s laneway cafe Good Chemistry.

This intimate social event brings together cake lovers for a laid-back hang — complete with a live cake decorating demo so you can pick up some new tricks to bring to your next bake.

There are two times available — 5pm and 6pm, and each ticket includes:

  • A slice of cake baked straight from the cookbook
  • A cake-inspired cocktail or mocktail
  • A chance to win a ticket to the sold-out Sydney CAKE PICNIC on March 28th

Whether you’re a seasoned baker or just here for the cake, this is a great chance to connect with the CAKE PICNIC community before the big event. Come meet and make new cake friends!

We’re raising the roof for Saturday lunch at Kiln, quite literally. Open Air brings sun, $2 oysters and soulful sounds played all day via Levins. Take your reservation even higher with Taste of Kiln, $120pp. Start with a margarita on the house, then level up with $2 Sydney rock oysters or a Coastal Platter for two, featuring a generous selection of local seafood, coastal plants and house-made accoutrements.
