Tales of Fire – Kiln x arkhe x Laphroaig

Laphroaig presents a one-night-only fire-fueled dinner at Sydney’s rooftop restaurant, Kiln.

For this special event, Beau Clugston – Danish-based Australian chef and Chef-Partner at Kiln (formerly Noma) returns home to cook alongside Jake Kellie (arkhe), with both chefs exploring Laphroaig’s elemental soul through fire, salt, and smoke. Expect Laphroaig’s signature peated whisky showcased in a four-part elemental dining journey, an atmospheric rooftop setting, dramatic open-fire cooking and rare whisky releases.

Tickets for dinner are $350 and include a multi course set menu designed by Clugston and Kellie, with matching cocktails and whiskey flights by Laphroaig.
